The motel has 15 units with reverse cycle air-conditioning (oil heater available if preferred), ceiling fans and television. Six units have kitchenettes comprising of modest cooking facilities with microwave, grill/hotplate, sink, cutlery/crockery, toaster.

Four units have private courtyards, most units have cable television and one has disabled access. Two of the units have inter-connecting doors for families or groups. Linen and towels are provided and units can be let on a nightly or weekly basis, serviced or unserviced.

There is a pool / BBQ area and a guest laundry.
